Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Order once placed can be cancelled immediately after booking, before shipping, after shipping or on delivery.  The buyer refusal to the delivery will be deemed as cancellation. If the order is cancelled after the product is shipped then to & fro shipping charges are payable by the buyer. Once delivered, there will be no cancellation and the product shall be handled as per return/replacement policy.

General Return Policy

2. As a matter of general policy, products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them as defective, physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories  or different from their description on the product detail page on SmartHomeMart.in.

3. The return/replacement window will  generally be up to 10 days from the date of delivery. However the same can vary depending upon the type and nature of the product. The buyer can ascertain the same from the product page.

4. Once return is requested our support  team will ascertain the cause and approve the return process.

5. Once the seller receives your item, the product will be inspected physically. The refund shall be approved or rejected accordingly.  Decision shall be binding and final in this regard. The return must  meet the warranty terms.

6. Return will be processed only if:

a. the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein);

b. it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

c. the product is not different from what was shipped to you;

7. Products will not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as
incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

8. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page or mentioned specifically in this policy cannot be returned.

9. Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock.

10. If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.

11. Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns.

12. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

13. If a product is ISP or OSP( only if selected for installation) you should not open the package. The same shall be opened in the presence of the service provider (seller in some cases) and buyer and recorded by the way of documentation. The return window for service included products is 14 days from the date of delivery. However once the product is installed the same shall lapse except in the case of manufacturing defect.

14. If a service provider does not respond to the installation request through the seller support messaging system by Delivery plus 10 days then the product will be eligible for return request by the end of the D+14th day.

Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact
us within 10 days from the delivery of the product.

Goodwill Return

The Seller may approve a return/replacement/refund as  a goodwill gesture at his sole discretion.


1. Every Product’s delivery varies as per Seller and the distance involved. Product delivery time will generally be mentioned in every product depending on the vendor you choose.

2. While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. However, we will inform you before doing it.

3. We will choose reputed courier partner to ensure your order reached you in fastest time and in good condition.

4. After you place your order, our vendors start to process your order which may take up to 2-4 working Days. This may change based on some force Majeure conditions like current COVID situation.

5. You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at Track your Order section.

 Limits of Responsibility:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
