The fees as displayed against each sub category is for one unit of calculation and shall be determined as follows:-

Lighting Automation : Rs 2.00  x per square feet of property

Curtain Automation  : Rs 200.00 x number of curtains

Security Planning : Rs 1.00 x per square feet of property

AC Automation : Rs 200.00 x number of units/ Rs 2000.00 for VRV

Deliverable : General information on home automation system. What all it consists of  and what are the technologies available. Your project shall be discussed. What all you can do and how you should go about it. What best technology will suit your needs. You may be required to share your project drawings with us.

We will suggest you at least two combination of compatible systems with tentative pricing and tentative item list. The tentative item list shall in no way be considered as accurate. It will be to provide you an idea of impending tentative cost figure.

Does not include making or sharing of any drawings from our side. If you need one then it may carry additional fees depending upon the work involved.

This consultancy has fixed minimum purchase consultancy fees as reflected in here and other variable fees as reflected in the sub categories. Minimum fees reflected here is adjustable in the total consultancy fees. For example if the minimum purchased consultancy fees is Rs 3000/- and your total consultancy fees comes to Rs 5000.00 then balance payable will be  Rs 2000.00. However if total comes to Rs 2000.00 then minimum purchased fees applies. All fees are payable in advance.
